I've told folks to not be surprised if a citizen or a lawful permanent resident eventually ended up in a Salvadoran prison. Not there yet but we have someone with a grant of withholding of removal illegally deported. Trump administration claims no way to remedy their illegal act.

I've told folks to not be surprised if a citizen or a lawful permanent resident eventually ended up in a Salvadoran prison. Not there yet but we have someone with a grant of withholding of removal illegally deported. Trump administration claims no way to remedy their illegal act.
FWIW, immigration attorneys get this insane batshit everyday about enforcement and removal operations from the ICE's attorneys and even from immigration judges who feel it is their duty to act as prosecutors even when they know they are violating basic Constitutional rights.
The DOJ says he won't say because his discussions with his clients are covered by Atty - Client privilege.
