- no effect on skeletal muscle mass
- some studies find ⬆️ in strength, phys. perf. & nutritional status.

#LTC residents spent 47.5% of their day doing nothing. Interventions need to be personalized to combat effectively the highly individual nature of boredom. Person-centered #dementia care provides a valuable intervention strategy to meet this requirement.
