On April I am running my first Marathon ever at Manchester and I'm raising funds for the Alzheimer's Society. Founding research against dementia. Something that both my Grandparents were impacted. If you are feeling generous and want to support me please donate.

We need to find ways to stop focusing and getting drawn to bad news. Like moths to the flame. Focus on you. Your family. Your neighbourhood. Your community. Change little things and let them add up. Lead by example.

The negativity around us is in vogue. Positive news is hard to come around but they exist. Here's one.

How much progress have we made on climate change? A lot! And we have way more to do. But progress is progress.

The airport is the place where your expensive noise cancelling headphones make a return on the investment. Noisy place.

Lucky man.
I walked out on my date when he cried during the second Lego Movie when Emmett's house got destroyed. Can't deal with a man who cries over a Lego man.

Yesterday I went to the cinema after almost a year. @theiosthanassis.bsky.social recommended “complete unknown” and he was spot on. Excellent biopic. Great movie. Had a great time.

Today I am listening mostly to Bob Dylan.

Deepseek is a good tool and I find myself using it more but it has the same issue as with all AI bots. Its training stops in the past and it's stale. In this question it does mention 2023 as the year of reference where its knowledge ends.

I need to follow @javapapo.bsky.social and move away from the Apple ecosystem. I need to start with a decent Linux laptop first and then move to Android

I can't remember when was the last time it happened but today I finished a book in a day. It completely sucked me in like a literature vortex. I am lost for words. What a story!! Exquisite. #booksky

We live in this weird part of history that we might see within our lifetimes a tectonic change of who do we (Europeans) see as our strategic partner and who do we see as a potential thread. It's a strong posibility that in 10-20 years China will be the strategic partner.

I did built a new gaming PC over this weekend and my one learning after building this PC and @javapapo.bsky.social's PC is that you should choose your PC case VERY carefully.

I went with Antec Flux Pro and that thing is class! Amazing quality and made the build a breeze. I love that thing.

Something very weird has been happening for almost a month now. The performance of Youtube website is killing my Firefox. The tab that youtube is on gets stuck, it is jittery and in general I have to close the tab altogether often. It feels like a memory leak.

When I was back in university I bought this rug. We still have it in our living room. And today it occurred to me. What does it mean?

Apparently we have a rug that says “I smell a fisherman” in Japanese.
