Trump just issued executive orders that require review of ALL regulatory changes made by federal agencies and ALL external communications made by FDA, NIH, CDC, and DSHS.
That essentially ties their hands in the event of an emergency; if H5N1 went H2H today CDC couldn't even announce it.😥
