Little update - my resting heart rate has dropped by 3bpm in like one week! Love this for me because I need this heart of mine to get stronger 💪🏿
Guys I’m putting it here so I’m accountable 😅 I’m committing to exercising everyday for a month to see if I can do it (currently I exercise ~3 times a week) so let the games begin 💪🏿
