Oh I was honestly just thinking of walking the other 4 days tbh 😭 so I fully hear you! So I’m thinking an intentional brisk walk for like an hour. The other 3 days I do reformer Pilates anyway because I’m just not a gym girlie, as much as I’ve tried *sigh* but thanks for the vote of confidence 🥹
