I went for a hike today… needed to clear my head & make sense of the world. As AT hikers we have a saying “The trail provides.” Today I needed a boost and saw poetry hanging on trees along the trail. This one spoke to me the most in a way I didn’t even know I needed. #worklifebalance #nature #peace
