Lines 1, 4, and 6 of the Riyadh Metro are opening November 27th (today in Saudi Arabia). 3 more lines expected to open in December.

The more passenger rail and fewer cars the better, regardless of the country or its politics. Even authoritarian petrostates can make progress.
