Saw the stage adaptation of The Spy Who Came in From the Cold last night. Some great performances but it didn’t quite work for me. A bit too disjointed and overwrought IMO, which undermines the moody sophistication of the book. The peril, I guess, of condensing novels for theatre.

Went to watch the recording of Taskmaster: Champion of Champions last night. Maybe the most I’ve laughed in my entire life? No idea how much of Sam Campbell will survive the edit but the man is simply not of this Earth.

That Tom Felton video floating around reminds me of the time I saw Glengarry Glen Ross on Broadway and couldn't believe how annoyingly loud and boisterous the crowd were. American actors must come to the West End and think everyone hates them.
