Once a month, our union chapter cooks food for the Glory Hall shelter.

Tonight was mash potatoes/turkey, root veggies & asparagus, cranberry-apple goat cheese salad, dinner rolls, and one of our members dropped off pumpkin bars!

Juneau Central Labor Council has their annual food drive Saturday November 8th from 11-3, but I think all the organizations are accepting donations: both monetary and non perishable items

Just the 2 of us cooking today, but the beef or barley stew and tomato grilled cheese on sourdough was very popular!
