An individual, addicted to heroin for over a decade, claims a worm ate a portion of his brain, eats raw animal meat, put live animals into a blender, thinks his opinions are more valid than scientific evidence, and HAS LESS FORMAL MEDICAL TRAINING THAN I DO - has no business heading up the HHS.
