Does Neal Katyal work for some sort of special law firm that only handles SCOTUS cases? Why is he so often the plaintiff's lawyer. Does he run ads? "Has somebody violated your inherent right to manage licenses under the War Powers Act? You might be owed big money! Call 1-888-GETNEAL today!"
