I love how bare ass property management companies can be when they just mass email out ads on behalf of their tenants. Not something about closures, maintenance, or special events, but instead pizza deals and coffee specials.

It kills me when good software and products have minimum spend that are prohibitive to SMBs. There's more to markets than F500s!
