Hey there, 32 He/Him here. Big fan of art, horror, video games, lots of nerdy things in between. Catching up in FFXIV at the moment, along with a few spooky games and RPGs clogging up my library. Feel free to send a DM if you’d like to chat.
Finally got around to watching the Suspiria remake, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to watching Santa Sangre tomorrow night.

Watched Lake Mungo for the first time, made me kinda sad. Decided to balance out the scales with a random pick called Found Footage. 20 minutes in, very funny so far.

Nothing sounds better than getting really really high with someone and watching the 6.5 hour Nier Timeline video I’ve had in my watchlist for a year.

I feel like videogames actually do provide a pretty accurate representation of real life right now because a lot of videogames are like “THE WORLD IS ENDING” and then you just collect herbs and pretend nothing is wrong

Metal: Everything sucks, but I have my rage.
Punk: Everything sucks, but I'll focus my anger.
Rap: Everything sucks, but I know how to survive.
Folk: Everything sucks, but there is beauty.
Ska: Everything sucks, let's ignore it.
Emo: Everything sucks, and I miss you.

If you want to really, truly have moral choices in video games, forget "evil - good" options.

What you're REALLY looking for is "convenient - inconvenient" options.

Seriously, the #1 most common test of morality is that little bit of extra effort required, and that's what will actually test people

October 20th was the anniversary of the best game ever made, Xenogears. I am still talking about this game 20-something years later. It’s a complex sci-fi JRPG full of all the things I love: mechs, philosophy, psychology. I’ve never played another game like it.

The only bolt action single shot potato chip rail rifle you’ll ever need. This is still my favorite creation to this day, and you can shoot the Rail Tater if you have Hotdogs, Horshoes & Hand Grenades on PC, along with “Baby’s First Boomstick”

I built a portable Xbox.
This isn't a PC handheld, it isn't emulation, this is a real motherboard from a real Xbox. It has a 9” 480p display, pure digital video/audio, 100W USB C charge and play, and I'm currently adding WiFi 6 for wireless Xbox Live functionality.
Yes, really.
