This vocabulary audiobook is trying to get me to use donnybrook, and I am deeply offended.
As far as I know, there's nothing offensive about the word. I'm just appalled that they want me to use it with the expectation that people are going to have any idea what I'm on about.

I feel stories should offend people.

When doing Veronica's quest, if you can silently sneak attack enough damage, you can take out the power armor jerks before they first threaten Veronica without anyone caring.
Heck, you can give Veronica the power armor off of them, no questions asked.

Jerry the Punk in #FalloutNewVegas is lucky I’m willing to save scum, because ye GODS did the Khans keep on killing him when I fast traveled directly in. I had to go to the… “lab”… and walk to keep anyone from inexplicably going hostile at him.

As fun as the acronym that developed is, I’m not sure how useful a character voice worksheet actually is. This is mostly down to how long and distracting the worksheet itself can actually be.
I think simply a list of things to consider would be useful, and just leave the rest to one’s own notes 😅

I feel some of the most insecure and frightened people on Earth are the ones trying to sell tips about confidence and dominance to people.

There’s a lot of assumed common ground between author and reader, and I sometimes wonder whether the author realizes they‘re taking a chance on the reader not knowing a reference (particularly when Christianity gets involved).
