Regular reminder, for every time he tweets something like this, ABC and NBC don't pay for broadcast licenses. Their affiliates do (yes, they each own some affiliates, but most affiliates are independent).

Also saying you'll lose a license based on editorial choices is so very much a 1A violation

I don’t think I have ever publicly criticized any Presidential nominee before.

But E.J. Antoni is completely unqualified to be BLS Commissioner. He is an extreme partisan and does not have any relevant expertise.

He would be a break from decades of nonpartisan technocrats.

The military takeover of Washington is not a “distraction” from Epstein. It’s a military takeover of Washington, which is an even bigger deal, and those of us who kill brain cells reporting on this stuff knows it’s been an explicit goal since before the election.

Reminder that words matter. You can’t “deport” a US citizen. You might be kidnapping, disappearing, exiling, expelling, illegally removing, etc., but you’re not “deporting” a US citizen.

BREAKING from @science.org: The Trump admin is seeking to kill nearly all climate research at NOAA, its climate science agency.

Its near-final budget proposal would end all NOAA research labs, academic institutes, and regional climate centers. And it wants to fully end the NOAA Research division.

A few observations on the US economy under Trump.
1. So far, Trump has complete control without any checks.
2. Trump wants to shock everyone by going far in arbitrary decision making, preferably tariffs which he himself decides.
3. Trump wants to dominate the news every day.

To Recap:

You can commit a crime by negligently divulging military secrets, in violation of the Espionage Act, and you will *not* be arrested.

But if you have an autism awareness tattoo to support your autistic brother, you *will* be kidnapped and sent to a concentration camp in another country.

"First, there’s the Espionage Act, which sounds like it applies only to spies. But there’s a provision in the law that applies to the SignalGate chatters, even if they were all legally entitled to the information. That’s because they have a custodial duty to keep national security information safe."
All the laws flouted during SignalGate

In a nutshell:

— The Espionage Act contains a provision that criminalizes the disclosure of national secrets through gross negligence.

— The law does not require that the info be classified, it refers simply to national defense information.

Arrest them. Immediately.
