Regular reminder, for every time he tweets something like this, ABC and NBC don't pay for broadcast licenses. Their affiliates do (yes, they each own some affiliates, but most affiliates are independent).

Also saying you'll lose a license based on editorial choices is so very much a 1A violation

Why is it that ABC and NBC FAKE NEWS, two of the absolute worst and most biased networks anywhere in the World, aren’t paying Millions of Dollars a year in LICENSE FEES. They should lose their Licenses for their unfair coverage of Republicans and/or Conservatives, but at a minimum, they should pay up BIG for having the privilege of using the most valuable airwaves anywhere at anytime!!! Crooked “journalism” should not be rewarded, it should be terminated!!!

An "economist" so dumb I had to explain to him how the import price index works last month will now lead the BLS, kill me
a tweet from EJ Antoni that reads "Import prices just came in WAAAY below expectations: June was up just 0.1% M/M, -0.2% Y/Y, while May saw a huge downward revision from flat to -0.4% M/M; still waiting for tariffs to be passed on by foreign producers..." I replied "The import price index measure pre-tariff prices, the fact that pre-tariff prices are basically flat means Americans are paying the tariffs. Though I wouldn’t expect a Heritage foundation guy like yourself to be smart enough to understand basic stuff like that."

I don’t think I have ever publicly criticized any Presidential nominee before.

But E.J. Antoni is completely unqualified to be BLS Commissioner. He is an extreme partisan and does not have any relevant expertise.

He would be a break from decades of nonpartisan technocrats.

— The Espionage Act contains a provision that criminalizes the disclosure of national secrets through gross negligence.

— The law does not require that the info be classified, it refers simply to national defense information.
