People who cannot be happy alone with themselves, people constantly spreading their discontent to others, people lacking imagination, afraid of their own thoughts, people constantly needing the attention and emotional approval from others, these are pretty miserable people.

FWIW 1/10,000th of Elon's current net worth is $49 million. Yes, I absolutely would quit working tomorrow if I had $49 million (maybe just do something #telehealth to get health insurance or something), more than enough for me to survive on for life

a lot of economic/legal stuff relies on these stats (they are indeed vital). unclear to me if republicans understand that or care at all.
TLDR; we aren’t flying entirely sensorless, thanks to federalized stats production, but rfk jr. is planning to conceal evidence & make his own. not great. /end

this is an extremely common and well understood surgery, obviously this was not a real number, but what the fuck
healthcare costs are an absurd kabuki theater between insurance and providers and no human being can possibly be expected to manage this shit
anyone who says otherwise is lying to you

...does the hospital I rely on for emergency care survive the cuts? I sure hope so. But I'm not counting on it. So what happens if it closes? Can a university town - a major driver of economic activity in the region - function without a hospital?
I really hope we don't find out
