Interesting to see. Likely not a hugely substantive shift and I don't envisage Germany changing its internal opposition to nuclear power. But given recent steps by Belgium and Denmark to remove existing bans or phase-out plans, it does seem like the mood music on this topic is shifting in Europe. 🔌💡

I was pleased to witness the signing of an agreement between Albania and @eib.org to reconstruct the railway between the port of Durres and Rrogozhine.
