Just cuz I suspect it's gonna be relevant: "underage women" is a contradiction in terms. There are adults and there are minors, who are children. Ditto "nonconsensual sex." That's rape. The only reason to play semantic games is because you benefit from obscuring the simplicity of these terms.

The only outcome we’ll get from the House vote to release the files is watching the Senate GOP knock it down, or, if by some miracle they pass it, watching Trump veto it. But either way, Republicans are going to have to actively show their base they’re ok with protecting pedophiles without apology.
