Before we hate on the Met Gala again, it is a CHARITY fund raiser to keep the Costume Institute open.
In case you don't know, textiles take a lot of work, care, and money to preserve and study for future generations. That is where the money goes-- to textile study and conservation, not celebs.

As the Met Gala approaches, I want to remind people that the Gala is the primary source of funding for the Met’s Costume Institute. The Costume Institute, despite being a major draw for the museum, is not funded from the same big kitty due to misogyny (fashion is for girls).

Just finished reading #CarelessPeople and wow... I know people will say they "are not surprised" by the content of this book, but when we stop being surprised we start to see this as normal.
This is so not normal. It was a nauseating read most of the time, but also an important one.

Finished #SplitFiction tonight with my partner. Cried twice. I am a crybaby by nature but it's rare for a videogame to get me that emotional. It was so intensely good. The story is one we can all relate to, the gameplay is dynamic, and it was overall such a joy to play.

#LoveIsBlind Dave's only intention for this show was to walk away looking like a victim. He worked so hard to make himself seem good and ironically it just exposed how terrible he is. Toxic, manipulative, and gaslighting Lauren the entire time. Sickeninggggg

I think the reason #LoveIsBlind has so many beautiful women and so many mid looking dudes, is because beautiful women want to be loved for something beyond their beauty. But conventionally hot men want you to know their attractiveness so the show doesn't appeal to them.

I think Boston Rob ruined this season of #TraitorsUS when he started the traitor on traitor attacks so early. It's honestly so frustrating to watch.
