More than 100,000 people are under evacuation orders in the Los Angeles area. At least five people have died and more than 1,000 structures have been destroyed.

The Eaton fire, which has killed two people, has grown rapidly to 10,000 acres, while the Palisades fire has doubled to about 12,000 acres. At least 70,000 people have evacuated in Los Angeles County.

it’s so funny to me when ppl say they don’t mask or take any precautions because #covid is just like the flu bc 1. no it’s not but 2. even if it was, i would’ve masked during flu season in the past if i’d truly understood the point of masking? i know better now so i do better?? hello???

Look, I fully understand the criticisms of the minimalist decor trend, and I acknowledge the class dynamics implicit in being able to feasibly maintain such a living space, but fuck if it doesn't look easy to clean.
