I think we can change the world by having protected bike lanes and secure bike parking everywhere.

It’s surprising to me how successfully YouTube has taken over my viewing time compared to other streaming services.

Top marks to the robot in this case. I pushed it on what the strongest lags might mean, and it came back with “nah, don’t over think it, it’s probably not a direct relationship”.

Next version of This & That will hopefully have this “chat about your data” view. Can ask the AI to pull up any of your correlation data, then can chat about what it might mean.

Still really enjoying the heart rate zones colouring in Arc 3.9. Cool to see the difference between strength training and cardio.

To my knowledge, GitHub Copilot doesn’t make use a vector database to work with complete projects.

Anyone aware of any projects/services working on this? A coding assistant that can work on a whole project, not just in-context snippets, seems both doable right now and the obvious thing to do.

I do love working with GPT-4. It gets me.

This & That 1.2 hopefully arriving tomorrow!

I’ve extended the correlation lags out to a silly +/- 60, just to see what happens. For most pairings it’s not much use, but for a handful it’s telling.

Heart Rate Recovery is a good example. Patterns of 1-4 weeks lag, with credible looking trends.

Hotel room didn’t have a bottle opener. Tried all sorts of random shit in the room, none of which worked. Called reception to get them to bring me one. Then thought… my bike. The pedals work perfect 👌
