I’m as much or more of an arachnophobe as you are and Tolkien had an extreme distain for spiders. So what gives fellow arachnophobe? What scenes got cut just to keep those nasty spiders?

I freaking love it when I see people of color & especially women of color elevated to positions of authority. I get to be alive to see history progress forward. I’m so proud to have voted for Biden & proud of him for many of the decisions he’s made. I think he truly did his best for all Americans.

Reasonable minds can disagree & that’s okay, in fact that’s good. F Scott Fitzgerald said “intelligence is the ability to hold 2 conflicting ideas in your mind simultaneously”. Listen to knowledge sources you disagree with and challenge your own ideas and assumptions. This is how we become better.
My favorite thing about bluesky is we can disagree about stuff like Garland, but no one is a huge asshole about it. Everyone is super-nice and people make genuine points and ask legit questions. Thanks for that!!
