Obviously I have no idea about Japan's nuclear posture, but I don't imagine Putin is going to be overjoyed if he finds another nuclear power on his doorstep. As with most things, this will be Trump's fault. No future US president is going to have any leverage left in the world.

I don't believe it's literally impossible or undesirable to stoptheboats, but that also means it's credible that Labour could, in the time they have, stop them. Nobody seems to find that scenario credible, and so see a Reform victory as inevitable. It's not.

I can only see Trump doubling down on his delusions that the US economy is perfect, which most voters in the coming years will hate. To say your suffering is not real is the ultimate insult. Of course, the worst feminists have treated all male suffering as not real, which is how Trump won.
