No they didn't. Women just had to marry a local man instead of looking for anyone more than 2 towns over, and women had to marry someone to have any money. They didn't have 1000 guys to swipe through every day.

well Gen X has been forced to delay every milestone of life because boomers had the system sewn up for them. Some Gen X still don't have a home or a partner.
