This country is incredibly weird for how much it hates young people
This headline & Streeting's words are an insult to the thousands of neurodiverse kids who've been monumentally failed by an NHS on its knees where early interventions are provided by charities - if at all.

This is one of the most ill-informed pieces about autism/ADHD I have read, which says something, and the lack of options for diagnosis people have. It shouldn't have been run once, let alone twice. Absolute lack of engagement with the reality faced by many neurodivergent individuals.

When someone is housed, a local authority evicting them flys the the face of the "prevention" approach they all claim to be subscribed to.
There was obviously more that Cardiff council could have done (as always), how it got this far needs to be questioned.

The thing about the govt is that it wants change, but without upsetting capitalists - hence reforms to local govt & attacks on the civil service & disabled whist not recognizing that our sclerotic productivity growth might be the fault of bosses, rentiers & vested interests.
