Really seems like states should take home grown extremism more seriously (won’t even bother with hoping for this with the current extremist-in-chief).

Heartbroken for Minnesota and all people who have been working hard for basic things like school funding, affordable healthcare, and housing.

It is likely that quantum computers will soon be able to break the encryption methods that secure your passwords and anything else kept under digital lock and key. Here's a little demonstration, purely for illustrative purposes, to give a better sense.

Huge opportunity for a political party that believes government can do good things. Public opinion is finally shifting after 50 years of right wing anti-government propaganda. This isn't the time for cowering and throat clearing www.cnn.com/2025/06/01/p...

New First Street analysis shows that, in a severe weather year, weather-related foreclosures could cost US lenders $1.2 billion per year, with potential losses projected to increase to $5.4 billion a year by 2035, driven largely by underinsured flood events and the increasing cost of insurance.

🚨 The DeVos family is building a new political war machine, fronted by washed-up Trumpers like Shane Hernandez and Ronna McDaniel, and backed by a mountain of billionaire cash. Their plan? Flood the state with dark money and flip Michigan red in 2026.

This isn’t democracy; it’s oligarchy in action.

Good morning everyone, House Democrats held a press conference in Lansing this week discussing the chaos and confusion Republicans are orchestrating while driving an economic crisis here at home for many Michiganders across our state.

I spoke about how we are all fed up and tired of playing games.

Who's responsible for the climate crisis?

Two new studies try to answer this question: but whichever way we slice it, the answer doesn't change much.

The wealthiest are disproportionately responsible for the greatest emissions, and that's why climate change is so unfair.

DOGE guy at the CFPB owned verboten stocks.

He was explicitly warned by ethics lawyers that he wasn’t permitted to take any action that could benefit those companies — and him.

He then helped fire workers anyway.

Including the ethics lawyers who warned him.

My interview with DOGE lad Kyle Schutt appeared totally focused on probing the organization for weaknesses.

I think this is probably the only purpose of the interviews: To get, from the minds of people they are about to fire, intel to use for future firings.

Far right extremists, inspired by Trump per Whitmer herself, tried to kidnap her. Trump himself later suggested it was a fake plot and mocked it. He called her ‘that woman in Michigan’ and led a crowd that chanted ‘lock her up.’

Today Whitmer hugged him on the tarmac.

This is why Dems lose. 🤷🏽‍♂️👇🏽

Instead, #MI13 has an out-of-touch multimillionaire who has more in common with Trump & Elon than any of us.

I'm running to replace him. Are you with me?
