The best scenario is to leave fossil fuels in the ground. Unrealistic to expect Alb and Sask not to sell their resources the best solution is Nations not needing fuel. No Markets no extraction.
how about we leave the fuels of the 19th and 20th century in the ground, and plan for the 21st?
Quebec and BC have both said no, there will be no new bitumen pipeline east or west, full stop.
