I hate it when my body and mind aren’t aligned. Cause logically I recognize that I’m not in any danger, and I’m undergoing training for practicum. My day is going smoothly thus far. But my body is like “YOU’RE UNDER ATTACK!!!!!” The nausea is affecting my day.

I still do not understand this drive to eat inside restaurants. At home I can prepare healthier, tastier and much less expensive meals. Why go someplace, damage your body with food and viruses and pay big for the favor? While the person cooking and serving the food probably hating their jobs.

idk if it’s the depression or if i’m outgrowing people in my life, but i’m feeling lonely. the more time i spend with my friends, the more evident it becomes that we aren’t as aligned in our values and beliefs as i thought.
