Confession, I love my Wii U. Let me explain.
I was able to sit and play Wind Waker while my parents watched the News. I was able to play Mario Kary by myself and not take up the TV. I have a Wii game that because of how the bristles are in the Wii U, can only be played in it. Wii U and 3ds on top.

Wii U launched 12 years ago today.
While the system may have failed sales-wise, Nintendo put out VERY good software for it.
The fact that many of Wii U's best games are now Switch's best (and most successful) games, speaks volumes.

Tbh, people freaking out about Typhlosion for 3 days to the point that it trends worldwide over some misunderstood machine translations is probably at least part of why GF doesn't just release beta information in a book or something.
