Got after it after a nice morning of sleeping in. Starting my #workout week starting Sundays, so far, seems to be working for me.

Got up later but still got my reps in minus one set per each.

Feeling pretty good that I am now on my fifth day in a row of getting after it.

It said the volume was like lifting a van. Means I could lift my Chevy Trax. Snow is not sticking around long enough to test that theory yet. Lol

Finished Expedition 33 tonight. Definitely did not get all the achievements but it is a heck of a game!

Late getting after it this morning but the youngest wanted me to get him up so I did.

Not going slow on my reps. Just going heavier. 35lb on the first set; 25lb on the second.

Apparently, I can't count. Lol. Today was supposed to be day 2. Not day 5. I'm definitely feeling like it is Day 5!

Now tomorrow would technically be Leg Day, but it is also a scheduled run day. Do I go crazy or do another upper day along with my run day?

Changed things up a little. Lowered weight with eccentric motion. Also, I swapped out assisted chin-ups with negative pull-ups.
