This is disgusting predatory behaviour. This is why law enforcement must have limits. You cannot give them a free hand and expect them to perfectly honour all norms. ICE especially are not trained like military or police with discipline.

There is no control in Sudan. RSF continues with impunity, backed by foreign powers like Russia and Turkey. If the international community laid the same attention to this as we did to Gaza, this could be over in weeks
