If we had a real opposition party they would be walking around wearing t-shirts, carrying posters, distributing flyers, putting up billboards of the actual ACA bill that specifically states undocumented ppl do not qualify for benefits of gov healthcare. This bill doesn’t change that.

This feels like the smallest gesture imaginable but I just don’t know what big things I can realistically do to save my country. I just have shockingly few words that accurately describe how I feel today.

what always kills me about this stuff is that most people won’t even know. they don’t know what happened today, and the direct line between it and their loss of healthcare or what have you. That the misery encroaching on their lives was intentional, and done by people staring them in the eye
