a trustee scheduled a meeting to hand out what i can only describe as business astrology charts to all 3 of us exec level staff. literally it’s like, how to sign contracts according to moon phases and recommending negotiation meetings on Mondays. Monday is our only day off because we work weekends

people really freak out when you have the mildest of consistent boundaries. playing the stupidest longest game of who is more stubborn with this theater director who is irate that I keep insisting on enforcing fire code and the conditions of our venue’s occupancy permit. i kind of have to!

another bow school week, this time it’s rehairing. i expected the actual hair and thread and knotting to be tricky but oh my god carving all these freaking plugs is HARD, especially on fractional bows. took me six tries to do my first acceptable one
