I mean, judges becoming siloed and out of touch is a real issue, and law clerks can only provide so much of a heat check. But even setting that aside, this is just a shameful half-assed opinion by the majority, and their response to the dissent is so strained and unconvincing it's comical.

À côté de ça, les étudiants sortis du bac blanquer qui n’ont pas fait de maths depuis la seconde ont des difficultés à simplifier une fraction. Désolé mais ça me semble un problème bien plus urgent et dans le cœur de formation que de ressasser des mantras sur le développement durable.
