Fifty-five years after their first album, Black Sabbath's DNA is still all over heavy music. Likely that will be true for a long time to come.
Lots of songs about this country, but this is still one of my favorites, maybe my actual favorite. Or maybe it's because Waylon Jennings, a truly great artist, sings it so I fully believe it.

Telling your life's story (or part of it) through the people you've met and encountered might be an unusual approach to a memoir, but for singer/songwriter Peter Wolf it works wonderfully. It helps that nearly everyone he meets is interesting ~and~ that he's a natural raconteur.
