What is incredible is that Dems can send me four text messages a day asking for money but can't send those messages explaining what's going on in Congress or why this or that bill is important to follow. I got exactly zero texts explaining why the BBB was bad but as soon as it passed begging for $$$
You know how writers can feel like they are obnoxiously spamming their new book nonstop and then like the day the book comes out people who follow them are like "woah I didn't know you had a book coming out!"

Hi, I think a lot of us received e-mails from SSA saying that social security will no longer be taxed - and that somehow there is "enhanced deductions" (how much enhancement can you make to 0?) for those over 65. What part, if any, of this is true? Thank you!

It is difficult to describe just how disastrous it would be if just-released NOAA budget proposal (or even large portions) were to be enacted: It would involve a wholesale dismantling (decimation, really) of entities relevant to weather, climate, & ocean research & prediction.
