Bart Hester, who was nominally on the baseball team at U of A, says there wouldn't be NIL at all if it was up to him.
I guess that's to be expected from someone who almost never saw the field. 0-3 on the season wouldn't get a dime in NIL money if it had been around when he was in school.

Unfortunately it would not surprise me in the least.
Is this why there is such a rush job on the new Arkansas prison?
! The Trump administration wants ICE to build four detention centers each with 10,000 bed capacity. Only the LA County Jail and Rikers are larger, and that's about the size of the Cook County and Harris County jails.
That would cost tens of billions and require thousands of new personnel.
