Ich dachte es hätte für die Entdeckung der Rezeptoren für den Umami Geschmackseindruck mal einen Nobelrpreis gegeben. Wohl nicht, aber die AI bietet selbstbewusst Autophagie als vergleichbares Thema an (auch weitere google hits).

Übersehe ich da etwas bzw gibt es da wirklich einen Zusammenhang?
Übersicht mit KI Es gibt keinen Nobelpreis für Umami, aber es gab einen Nobelpreis für den Wissenschaftler, der die Autophagie erforschte, ein Prozess, bei dem Zellen "Müll" recyceln . Yoshinori Ohsumi erhielt 2016 den Medizin-Nobelpreis für seine Entdeckungen zur Autophagie, was mit dem süßen Geschmack Umami in Verbindung gebracht werden kann. Umami: Die fünfte Geschmacksrichtung, die als herzhaft oder fleischig beschrieben wird, ist mit der Entdeckung von Glutamat verbunden. Nobelpreis: Yoshinori Ohsumi erhielt 2016 den Nobelpreis für Physiologie oder Medizin für die Entdeckung der Mechanismen der Autophagie. Autophagie: Autophagie ist ein zellulärer Prozess, bei dem Zellen sich selbst recyceln und ihre eigenen beschädigten oder überflüssigen Bestandteile abbauen. Diese Entdeckung hat das Verständnis von Krankheiten wie Krebs und Alzheimer verbessert.

Sindelfingen - Unbekannte haben in Sindelfingen (Kreis Böblingen) hunderte Liter altes Frittierfett eines Schnellrestaurants gestohlen. Dazu seien die Täter über einen zwei Meter hohen Zaun des Außenlagers gestiegen. Dort entwendeten sie 300 Liter des alten Frittierfetts, wie ein Polizeisprecher sagte. Der Wert aus dem Diebstahl am Mittwoch konnte zunächst nicht beziffert werden. Bereits zwei Wochen zuvor soll es im selben Ort zu einem ähnlichen Vorfall bei einem anderen Schnellrestaurant gekommen sein. Auch hier entwendeten die Täter 400 Liter altes Frittierfett aus einem Außenlager. Der Schaden wurde auf 500 Euro geschätzt.
