Yes! hahah I warmed up the faucet so was able to disconnect it. And I got some of the stuff put away....and am waiting for later this week to put away some more things. Yes I saw that it will be 13 here on the weekend. I knew there was snow but I thought it would be flurries..not this nonsense....

I was not on time with "winterizing" and now I'm in hell. The water in the hose froze and the spigot froze....yaaaayyyyy.

they do like combing your hair and talking to the Caribbean lobster only fill up so much of the day!

I wouldn't have spent a zillion hours doing this if I did not enjoy the act of writing. Even when it's hard (especially when it's hard), it's so rewarding. It's so clarifying. When I finish something, sure I'm proud of it, but I'm already itching to shove it out of my way and start the next thing.

Right? Writing has made me cry, it has frustrated me, it has made me scared....it is a very full experience for me and I do it anyway. That's to me where the love comes from.

I do not do this because it is easy. I do it because it is extremely difficult.

Even though I have a hard time, I don't want to bypass or skip that. I've never found it easy but that's what makes it all the more fulfilling for me when I finish a draft. I love it because it is something I shouldn't have been able to accomplish. Not with my brain and circumstances and yet!

This is just as heartbreaking.
