I think it‘s the most insane, authoritarian bullshit I’ve ever seen in a bill.
I don’t think SCOTUS will allow them to make that enforcement retroactive like they want (if they allow it at all).
It’s stupid to have to add bonds to cases involving the government, but judges will have to.
