Yes. While there are absolutely things Democrats can and must do to slow, obstruct, etc, GOP hold both House and Senate majorities, severely limiting our options.

After an activist filed a complaint, a federal judge in Massachusetts was found to have engaged in misconduct for writing an op-ed criticizing ethical lapses by Justice Samuel Alito, who has faced no such finding because there’s no mechanism to do the same.
