I hate that they add stuff like this with no options to disable them, especially when they're wildly unmoderated
The inability to disable gifs without just nuking embeds is one that bothers me a ton cuz at a time you were able to search most games and just get softcore.... animations as gifs

Discord has apparently added generative AI "apps" users can use to modify any image posted in any discord server.
On by default, no way to disable them, no moderation tools.
Fuck discord, support artists (discord sure doesn't).
