I started Pokemon ZA and was debating between Emily and Emma for a name. Ended up going with Emily.
Turns out a seemingly important character is named Emma, so that was almost very awkward.

Looks like they clarified that for E33 they briefly tried genAI as the shiny new thing and hated it and won't use it.
Good to hear, but it still just kinda leaves us at trusting their word. Do they mean it or are they just saying it because of the recent negativity?

AI is intellectual theft, a labor issue and an environmental issue. this is why AI in video games and other creative industries can't be normalized.
So many people defending the use of genAI all over the place. I'm about to go grandpa mode and just read old books all day. Fuck technology. You can all revel in your environment destroying slop.
