A re-introduction to my new followers. I'm Tim, a photographer in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. You'll mostly find me posting wildlife shots here. But be warned, I may also sprinkle in some sports (Go #oilers) and the occasional political post. Look forward to connecting!

It has been a very quiet few years for Snowy Owls in my area. Really hoping they come back in numbers again this winter. #birds #owls

Today, I submitted 456,365 Albertans’ signatures to Elections Alberta, petitioning the Premier to do the right thing, avoid a divisive and economically harmful referendum, and allow MLAs to vote and reaffirm that Alberta’s future is in Canada.🇨🇦

Locked eyes with this young coyote while out recently in Elk Island National Park. I don't usually convert to black and white, but felt like giving it a shot with this one. #wildlife #coyote

Woke up early so decided to take an impromptu trip to Elk Island National Park. Saw a number of bison along the roads and had a nice encounter with this coyote who was kind enough not to immediately run away. #wildlife #coyote

I have so many pictures of these owls on this post. So hard to choose my favorite one.

A great horned owl perches at dusk before hunting in Longmont, Colorado.

Legal teams are stepping up to defend Canada’s environmental laws. As multiple bills were implemented with the intention of fast-tracking economic growth, vulnerable wildlife is at further risk from shortsighted development and large-scale infrastructure.

Always nice to see a moose while out in the woods. Also a note that wildlife photographers have long lenses that make subjects look much closer than they are. Always wise to give moose a lot of space! #wildlife #moose
