Keir Starmer, "I'm very concerned about where the Tory party are going on this"

"Because if you're not prepared to stand up as a Tory MP and denounce what's been said about Jess Philips, who has now had threats made to her"

"Then you seriously need to consider why you're in politics"

“All donations that originate from abroad, no matter who is the final donor, should be banned. Only UK citizens should be allowed to donate to British political organisations. This would, by necessity mean no donations from private companies; PLCs, LTDs, whatever.”

Was there ever ‘shareholder support’ for Thames Water?

So it turns out they spent £715 million on sending a grand total of FOUR volunteers to Rwanda.

For comparison, this is more than you could expect to spend on building an entire brand new hospital in the UK
In July, I FOI'd the Home Office for the full breakdown of spending on the Rwanda scheme

I was refused because the government planned to publish the data in future, and today is the day. These numbers are in millions

“Some 56% of farmland bought in 2023 was sold to landowners who were not working farmers. The revenue per acre is too low to warrant the purchase, unless you are extremely wealthy and are avoiding inheritance tax”

🚜🌾 vs. 🧐💰
Whose land? Tax avoidance and the broken economics of British farming
Noise in the billionaire press about inheritance tax changes hides a basic fact: the non-farming rich own too much land

Let’s all take a moment to congratulate Daniel ‘unelected bureaucrat’ Hannan for this masterclass in hypocrisy and abuse of power.
Someone sitting in the House of Lords (however dubiously) should *not* be signing this idiotic petition. But good to have his total lack of integrity confirmed. Again.

The General Election petition is another Reform con job. They are fucking traitors implementing Bannon’s Republican playbook.

Good old fashioned British signees here.

The fake patriots doing Putin’s work for him. Obviously. As usual.
