DFW Writers' Conference 2025 is this weekend. It will be my 5th or 6th (I'm terrible at keeping track of that stuff) consecutive year attending. In the past I've been a speaker, sat on panels, attended classes, and always had a spectacular time. I'm on fire for this year's event! dfwcon.org

Great book signing event at Barnes & Noble, Mentor, OH today! They were wonderful hosts, checking on me throughout the day to see if I needed anything. Talked to spectacular customers, hit 100+ viewers on Tik-Tok Live, and sold a few books. Doesn't get much better!

As of today, I've made 60 trips around the sun. All I can say is, "I wanna ride again! Woo-Hooo!"

Drawing Books is on that list. Exploring artistic technique is now fluff? The Arts are so not appreciated.

Somewhere along the way we hyper-focused on educations link to careers and financial success, forgetting that 1st and foremost, being well educated is crucial to having strong character. The first step there is literacy and love of reading, formed at an early age and carried throughout life.
