Arresting judges.

Threatening allies.

Lying about trade deals.

Trying to sell campaign merch from the White House.

Floating a 2028 run.

Deranged. Dangerous. Undemocratic.

We must retake our democracy.

When a reporter asked Trump about China’s denial, he said: “Well, they had a meeting this morning.” The reporter answered: “Who’s they?” Trump replied: “I can’t tell you. It doesn’t matter who ‘they’ is. We may reveal it later.”

This is Un-f-n-believable. This Econimist cover is spot on.

“No doubt his conduct has already exceeded any prior standard for impeachment by the House” Ossoff told a town hall audience, adding later that there is “no question” a number of Trump’s actions have risen to the level of impeachable offenses.
What is it going to take?

Sitting in Old North and hearing these words from you was a privilege. I've shared this era of Boston as a historic interpreter, and I always stressed to my listeners that it was ordinary people who changed the world, not legends, because when we can relate to heroes we realize we can become them.

Friendly reminder. In the United States, criminals are entitled to due process. Even if you pay hush money rig an election, steal top secret documents, or incite a mob to overthrow the government; no matter how egregious your crimes, you’re entitled to due process.

Somewhere out there, a Judge Xinis clerk just updated the draft order finding probable cause to hold the government in contempt.
Yesterday, Trump posted what appears to be an altered photo of Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s hand.

“This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back to the United States…”

He doesn’t mention that the U.S. SUPREME COURT ordered him to facilitate Abrego Garcia’s return.

In just over two weeks, three former presidents have taken to the public stage to sound the alarm against President Donald Trump, despite the tradition that former presidents generally refrain from publicly criticizing their successors.
Three ex-presidents denounce the current one in a two-week stretch
While presidents have been at odds before, there is often a sort of camaraderie among the small club of individuals who have served in the highest office in the land.

Big shoutout to Polson, Montana—where folks in red country showed up loud and proud to protest tyranny today!

Proof that standing up for democracy isn’t partisan—it’s patriotic.

When even small towns rise up, you know the tide is turning.

Keep going, Polson!

We see you! 💙💙💙

Meanwhile, they'll work with Democrats to construct guardrails against dictatorship.
