@shanice-webster.bsky.social looks at iron status in plant-microbiome interactions. Proteobacteria and firmicutes are typically balanced in the microbiota, but iron starvation can really mess with that, going to dysbiosis. Used “mfec” Arabidopsis quadruple mutant.
