I've spent the last couple of days preparing myself for today being a week since my Dad died and expecting to feel awful. Turns out it was a week yesterday. I don't know whether to feel relieved that I didn't realise or disgusted in myself for getting it wrong. Maybe both.

Went to Castle Rising Castle yesterday. Enjoyed the new audio tour. Poppy liked the swirly stairs,we found baby pigeons and the biggest pinecone I've ever seen.

After my bad mood morning, we took the dogs out for a walk but our usual place was closed (they're releasing beavers?!). Long story short, we ended up at a new place and found an iron age settlement, which I geeked out about. Feeling a little happier now, thanks iron age peoples.

Just tried to stick up for myself and against misogyny on a local FB group and got laughed out of it. Forgot to delete the post before leaving so still getting laugh react notifications. Never standing up for myself again. Only reason I kept FB is to see updates from my grandma's care home 😭

Today seems to have been a turning point. I woke up feeling "ok". Yay! Strange how there's sometimes no obvious reason for the burn out or the coming back out of it. #Autism #ADHD #YAYWESAY
Feeling really burnt out at the moment. Struggling to not have meltdowns. Had a semi meltdown earlier because I couldn't change my bed sheet. Autism sucks sometimes.
